User self-registration information

As part of user self registration, following information is collected if entered by user: name, mobile number, address, city and country. Additionally, user can enter business entity details such as business name, address, location etc. in order to verify their business entity and avail services afforded to business accounts.

User Transactional information

Since the primary use-case of the Jama Udhar  app is for users to record their transactions with their contacts, user may upload name and phone numbers of such contacts and record transactions with them.

Information storage and backup

Users can use the Backup Now feature to take backup of your data on Jama Udhar  App on our Firebase Storage. This is done for the purpose of enabling users to restore their data in case when they lose their device, lose data on their device or move to a new device.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. All information gathered on the Jama Udhar  App is securely stored within the controlled database. Access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited.

We will share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf
We share information with Firebase who help us manage our online registration process with OTP.
